All units have a maximum occupancy based on the unit. All pricing below does not include fees or taxes.  Cabin 1 and 9 have max of 8 persons. Cabin 3, 5 and 7 have a max of 6 persons.  Cabin 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 have a max of 4 persons. All A-Frame cabins have a max of 6 persons. All motel units have a max of 2 persons. All RV sites include 4 persons max and each additional persons is $5/per night in addition. There is also a maximum of 8 persons in any RV sites.  RV sites must be contained within their site and must be parked correctly. Tent camping is per person and is allowed in the tent camping area only.  You may have a tent in your RV space if it is contained within your space but you will need to pay for the tent in addition to your RV (based upon how may people are in the tent).  There is no tent camping anywhere else other than within your RV space (in addition to your RV and must be paid for) or within the tent camping area.  (No tent camping or RVs next to any of the cabins.)

 

 We do have TVs in the rooms with a  DVD player.  There is no cable. You may bring your own DVDs or we will have some available to rent in the main lodge area.

Cancellation Policy Changes as of January 1, 2020 and forward:  All reservation are subject to the cancellation policy. The first night is payable upon reservation and is non-refundable (no exceptions). Remaining nights (if applicable) will not be charged IF at least 2 weeks notice is given prior or if the unit can be rented out.  You may change a reservation one time, without fee, IF you give us at least (minimum) 2 weeks prior notice. This includes cancellation of any nights within your reservation and applies to all units (RV, tent camping, motel units, and all cabins). Otherwise reservations can not be changed.  If you do not show and do not contact us, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation after the first night of no call/no show.

If your spot, cabin or motel is available sooner and you want to check in sooner, we will do our best to accommodate if possible. However, we do not guarantee your room, cabin or spot will be available until 4:00 p.m. due to turnover. Thank you for your understanding.
