All units have a maximum occupancy based on the unit. Pricing below does not include fees or taxes.  

• Cabins 1, 9: max of 8 people

• Cabins 3, 5, 7: max of  6 people

• Cabins 2, 4, 6, 8, 10: max of 4 people

• A-Frame Cabins: max of 4 people

• Motel Rooms: max of 2 people

• RV Sites: 4 people, $5/night each extra person (max 8)

 

 *We do have TVs in the rooms with a  DVD player.  There is no cable. You may bring your own DVDs or we will have some available to rent in the main lodge area.

Cancellation Policy:  All reservation are subject to the cancellation policy. The first night is payable upon reservation and is non-refundable (no exceptions). Remaining nights (if applicable) will not be charged IF at least 2 weeks notice is given prior or if the unit can be rented out.  You may change a reservation one time, without fee, IF you give us at least (minimum) 2 weeks prior notice. This includes cancellation of any nights within your reservation and applies to all units (RV, tent camping, motel units, and all cabins). Otherwise reservations can not be changed.  If you do not show and do not contact us, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation after the first night of no call/no show. 

 

All rooms offer AC and heating, basic linens, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, and a tv with DVD Player (no cable.) River front cabins also feature a small kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, basic dishes, and a sink. No units offer a stove or oven.  All cabins include fire pits and charcoal BBQs.

 

 Limited wifi is available at the main lodge only. The resort restroom and shower house is available to all registered guests. The main lodge offers TV with several channels including sporting events.
